Cookie Policy

ferrini.com uses a small number of cookies to measure how many people visit it and, if you agree, how our ads perform. This page explains which cookies we use, why, and how you can change your preferences.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file saved to your browser when you visit a site. When you open the site again your browser sends the file back, so your preferences are remembered and visits can be counted. Cookies cannot install software on your computer and cannot reach your files.

2. The cookies we use

No non-essential cookie is used without your consent. The cookies and similar technologies we use fall into three groups:

TypeWhat it doesLifetime
EssentialYour cookie choice and any announcement you have closed are kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage). They are not cookies and are not sent to the server; without them the site cannot remember your choice. They need no consent.Until you delete them; the cookie choice is asked again after 12 months
Analytics cookiesMeasure how many people visit which page, where they come from and how fast the pages load. Set by Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*).Up to 2 years
Advertising cookiesMeasure the outcome of visits that come from our Google Ads ads (conversion measurement) and let Google show Ferrini ads on Google and on Google's partner sites to people who have visited the site (remarketing). Set by Google Ads (_gcl_au and advertising cookies on Google domains).90 days – 13 months

3. Third-party services

4. How to manage cookies

Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you give your consent. On your first visit you can choose "Accept" or "Decline" in the banner at the bottom of the page, or switch the two groups on and off separately under "Settings". You can change or withdraw your decision at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer; when you withdraw it, the Google cookies of that group are deleted from your browser. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and is asked again after 12 months.

Without your consent Google Analytics and Google Ads do not use cookies; under Google's consent mode only cookieless signals (page, time, browser type and your consent status) are sent, and ad click identifiers are redacted. Ahrefs Analytics works without cookies anyway.

So that we can show that you gave or refused consent, each choice is recorded on our server together with a random consent number generated in your browser, the date, the banner version and the groups you chose. The record contains no IP address, name or other identifying information; records are kept for 3 years.

You can delete or block all cookies from your browser settings; the site also works without cookies. Browser instructions: Chrome · Firefox · Safari · Edge

To stay out of Google Analytics measurement you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Your personal data and contact

Where data collected through cookies amounts to personal data, your rights under Turkish Law 6698 apply; the detail is in the Personal Data Protection Notice. For questions, write to [email protected].

This policy was last updated on 15 October 2026. We update it when the cookies we use change; the current version is always published on this page.
