How do I choose between a sun louvre shutter and a plain roller shutter?
A plain roller shutter only goes up and down; the slat of a sun louvre shutter also tilts on its own axis or parts, so you tune light and view by degrees with the curtain down. Both black out fully once the slats are closed. Roller shutters in the bedroom and sun louvres in the living room and office is a common split.

Which of the six models suits my facade?

Does a sun louvre shutter increase heat loss in winter?
No. When closed it forms an air buffer in front of the glass, which reduces heat loss. In summer it stops the sun before it reaches the glass, lowering indoor heat gain and the load on the air conditioning.
