LR-8700 Rolling Roof Pergola System
Combining shading and ventilation in one system with retractable aluminium louvres, LR-8700 is a motorised pergola that gives terraces and outdoor spaces controlled comfort in every season.
In a rolling roof pergola the 252×44 mm aluminium louvres slide on rails and stack by motor: closed, the 283×220 mm beam-gutter profile drains rainwater through the post; open, the roof clears completely. With 133×133 mm posts it is built as a four-post freestanding unit or wall-mounted on 1, 2 or 3 posts; up to 24 m² per module, with modular expansion through dedicated connectors. Closing time is 7.5 s/m; the perimeter is closed with LR-8100 sliding glass or LR-8600 guillotine.

What is the difference between rolling roof and bioclimatic pergola?
In a rolling roof (LR-8700) the louvres slide and stack so the roof opens completely; in a bioclimatic pergola (LR-8800) the louvres rotate 90° and can also retract. Choose LR-8800 for shade-angle control, LR-8700 as the economical option when a fully open roof is enough.
Is snow load included?
Snow load is not included in the standard calculations; in snowy regions the roof is kept open in winter or project-specific reinforcement is planned.
