Opening Systems
Four systems for hinged windows and doors: from the uninsulated LR-4100 and LR-4500 to LR-5100 with a 24 mm thermal break and the Grande GLR-53 approaching passive-house level.
In opening systems the profile section, thermal break and number of gaskets define performance. LR-4100 and LR-4500 seal well even without a thermal break thanks to a three-stage gasket; LR-5100 is the standard insulated solution with a 24 mm thermal break, 16–42 mm glass and tilt-and-turn, hidden-sash and low-threshold options; GLR-53 reaches Uw 0.90 W/m²K with a 33 mm thermal break and in-frame insulation foam.

LR-4100 Uninsulated Opening
Three-stage gasket, glass up to 32 mm, 80 kg sash. Unheated spaces and interior doors.

Frequently asked questions
Which systems offer tilt-and-turn?
LR-5100 and GLR-53 are made with tilt-and-turn hardware; in LR-4100 and LR-4500 hopper and single-axis openings are standard.
Why choose aluminium windows over PVC?
Slimmer profiles, larger sash and glass sizes, unlimited colours (powder coat, anodising, wood effect) and a long service life. With GLR-53 the insulation value matches PVC as well.
