LR-4100 Uninsulated Opening System
A straightforward aluminium opening system for doors and windows that need no thermal break: reliable sealing with a three-stage gasket, glazing up to 32 mm and versatile opening options.
LR-4100 was developed for openings where thermal insulation is not expected — unheated spaces, interior doors, enclosed balconies and storage windows. The 45/50 mm frame and 52/64.1 mm sash with 1.4–1.6 mm wall thickness form a robust body, and the three-stage gasket layout limits air and water infiltration even in an uninsulated profile. Single or double glazing up to 32 mm is fitted, with 80 kg of glass per sash.

Where is LR-4100 suitable?
Unheated spaces, interior partition doors, windows inside enclosed balconies, storage and workshop openings. For exterior façades that need thermal insulation, LR-5100 or GLR-53 is recommended.
Are hopper or tilt-and-turn openings possible?
Hopper and single-axis openings are standard; for tilt-and-turn hardware, LR-5100 is recommended.
