Vertiflex Motorised Guillotine Glass System
Two, three or four panels that glide in any direction at the click of a remote: Vertiflex is a motorised guillotine window platform on a chain mechanism, driven by a Somfy motor or an Italian-made Albert Genau motor. Four design awards, tested and approved.
Vertiflex brings modern functionality, safety and aesthetics to balconies, terraces, winter gardens, restaurants and office façades. It is made single-glazed (Mono) or with insulated glass (Twin); the safely cleanable panel design, the top-stacking UP variant and the All Glass version without horizontal profiles are solutions of the same platform adapted to different needs.

Designed for safe cleaning
The outer glass panel sits about 20 cm forward; the inner and middle panels open inward via Albert Genau's patented movable glass system, so you clean without leaning out.
Anti-fall brake mechanism
A dedicated anti-fall brake on top of the standard motor brake doubles the control against a glass panel dropping.
Jam-free profile
A profile engineered specifically for Vertiflex eliminates the risk of trapping fingers or hands in the system.

How many panels and which glass does Vertiflex use?
2, 3 or 4 panels; single glass (Mono) or insulated glass (Twin). Panel count and glass type are decided at the dealer's survey according to height, opening and insulation needs.
Which motor is used?
A Somfy motor or the Italian-made Albert Genau special-series motor. The Albert Genau motor carries a 5-year warranty.
How are the outer surfaces cleaned?
The inner and middle panels tilt inward on the patented mechanism, so the outer surfaces are reached safely from inside the balcony.
