Tambalkon® Cleanable Guillotine Glass Balcony
A new-generation motorised guillotine glass system that opens and closes at one touch without taking up balcony space. With its minimal profiles, panoramic view, high insulation and safe vertical movement, Tambalkon® turns the balcony into the most comfortable room of the house.
Why Tambalkon®?
Leave behind the lost space, stacked panels and manual handling of conventional glass balconies. In Tambalkon® the glass moves up and down: your furniture and floor space are preserved, the open panel acts as a balustrade, and you ventilate by stopping it at any level.
Features
Fully automatic convenience
Open and close with one button; you are in full control. A practical, comfortable glass balcony experience with the remote.
Space-saving design
Folding glass systems stack and lose space. With glass that moves up and down, Tambalkon enlarges your area — decorate the balcony of your dreams.
Full panoramic view
Minimal profiles and wide glass surfaces keep the view uninterrupted and give the balcony a spacious, modern atmosphere.
Stainless inox chain
Inox chains salt-spray tested for 1,440 hours with a 10-year corrosion warranty: silent, jam-free and long-lasting, highly resistant to the failures of conventional chains and belts.
Vertical glass that puts safety first
Panels can be positioned at any height for a more controlled, safer balcony for children and pets.
Albert Genau motor — Made in Italy
The motor is the heart of the system. Tambalkon's motor is an Albert Genau-branded special series made in Italy; unlike Far East motors it carries a 5-year warranty and is tested to European standards.
How is Tambalkon cleaned?
With 100% accessible glass panels, cleaning is safe and effortless: bring the system to the fully open position with the remote, press the push buttons to release the lower panel, tilt the panels and wipe the glass from inside. See the cleaning and use page for step-by-step instructions and video.
