Linera is an Albert Genau-patented all-glass balustrade with international certification from independent European test institutes. With single, tempered and laminated glass options it withstands forces of up to 3.4 kN and impact loads of 50 kg. Three installation methods — surface-mounted, face-mounted and ground-mounted — for indoor and outdoor use.

Technical specifications
Glass panels from 16.76 mm to 21.52 mm thick and up to 1,300 mm high. A structure that puts human safety first, with a unique installation method carried out entirely from inside the balcony. The adjustable cover profile absorbs floor irregularities of up to 4 mm.

The optional patented Smart Clamp reinforces the system against extreme wind loads.
Budget-friendly partial kit
The 150/300 mm partial-profile option instead of full-length profiles gives a price advantage without compromising on quality.

Which glass thicknesses does Linera use?
Laminated (and tempered laminated) glass from 16.76 mm to 21.52 mm; panel height up to 1,300 mm.
Is scaffolding needed for installation?
No. Linera is installed from inside the railing, from the balcony or terrace side; no scaffolding is required.
Can it be used in windy regions?
Yes. For extreme wind loads the system is reinforced with the optional patented Smart Clamp.
Is it certified?
Linera is a patented system that has passed 3.4 kN load and 50 kg impact tests at independent European institutes including Istituto Giordano.
